WellBeing Service
Community Empowerment Outreach is centred around supporting young ethnic minority people with free mental health support in London. Our Counselling and Mentoring programmes are designed to interrupt the trajectory of mental illness, by offering group or 1-1 services, that allow young people to lead the way, as we support them towards their unique wellbeing goals, whilst equipping them with tools to help facilitate evident personal growth and development.
Life can be tough. And young people encounter a variety of daily challenges that have the potential to impact their wellbeing - from balancing education and a social life, to anxiety about the future, finding their first job, pressures from social media and so much more.

Community Empowerment Outreach (CEO) Group: Mental Health & Wellbeing Initiative
The Community Empowerment Outreach (CEO) Group recognizes the increasing importance of mental health and overall well-being in our rapidly changing world. In response to this, we are excited to introduce our new Mental Health & Wellbeing Initiative, designed to support the residents of London in cultivating a balanced, fulfilling life.
Programmes Offered by CEO's Mental Health & Wellbeing Initiative:
1. Luminary Lifelines: A peer support program connecting individuals with trained mentors who have successfully managed their own mental health challenges.
2. MindMosaic Workshops: Hands-on sessions that use art therapy techniques to allow participants to express their emotions, explore their identities, and enhance self-awareness.
3. Harmony Hubs: Weekly meditation and mindfulness sessions, designed to assist individuals in finding inner peace and developing a mindful approach to everyday challenges.
4. Empowerment Elixirs: Workshops that integrate the principles of positive psychology, providing tools and strategies to boost resilience, positivity, and overall happiness.
5. Oasis Odyssey Retreats: Weekend getaways focused on holistic health, combining physical activity, nutritious food, and therapeutic group sessions in serene environments.
6. Connective Conversations: Safe spaces for individuals to share their stories, struggles, and successes, fostering community support and breaking down the stigma associated with mental health issues.
Through these diverse programs, the CEO Group aims to empower, uplift, and connect individuals, ensuring that every resident of London has access to the resources they need to prioritize their mental health and well-being.
